The company is growing fast, and we are looking to add key members to the team to meet ongoing client demand.


As a member of the Advisory Team the associate client adviser will work closely with Client Advisers and Senior Client Advisers to analyse clients' portfolios, their circumstances and requirements. They will also assist with identifying potential clients, their on-boarding and the management of the ongoing relationship with them. They will report to the Head of Client Advisory and the role is based in the London office.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  • Hard working, self-motivated and able to work independently in a team-oriented environment
  • Be prepared to get involved in a wide range of areas across the business and be flexible to evolve as the business grows
  • Successful candidates will likely have 2-5 years' experience in a portfolio management, investment banking or consulting role
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills are essential
  • Investment management or finance qualifications such as IMC, CFA or CISI financial planning qualifications preferred


  • Become a key client-facing representative of Netwealth
  • Work closely with Client Advisers to deliver high standards of written work and presentations to current and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the Client Service team to help onboard prospective clients and provide an exceptional level of ongoing client service
  • Provide assistance to the Client Service Team with queries arising from clients or potential clients. Provide cover for the Client Service team as and when required
  • Continuous improvement of the Client User Journey: collate feedback for management on a regular basis, suggest common themes or areas to be addressed and create action plans
  • Work with the Operations and Technology teams to test new features of the service, specifically from a client perspective
