The company is growing fast, and we are looking to add key members to the team to meet ongoing client demand.


As a member of the Finance Team the Finance Manager will work closely with the CFO and our outsource partner to implement continuous improvements to processes within the Finance Team. The Finance Manager is also responsible for the day to day tasks within the finance function. The individual will also assist with matters relating to tax, HR, payroll, compliance and work closely with all other departments. They will report to the Chief Financial Officer and the role is based in the London office.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  • Part qualified or qualified accountant
  • Hard working, self-motivated and able to work independently in a team-oriented environment
  • Be prepared to get involved in a wide range of areas across the business and be flexible to evolve as the business grows
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Enthusiasm for embracing new technologies
  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office 365, Xero


  • Managing the delivery of monthly management accounts, returns and financial statements from the outsource provider
  • Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end processes.
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers
  • Internet banking
  • Payroll, VAT, HMRC and FCA returns processes
