Marketing Manager

The marketing manager will be reporting directly to the CMO and managing a set of critical activities aimed at both brand building and direct client acquisition. This includes running advertising campaigns, managing our high-profile events, setting up and managing existing partnerships (Netwealth currently has partnerships with the FT, The Times and The Spectator) and developing CRM-enabled lead-to-client conversion programmes. The role has significant exposure to different areas of the business and will include at least one direct report, a CRM Marketing Executive.

The candidate will have 6 to 8 years marketing experience in a consumer facing business (financial services is a plus but not required), with an active involvement across multiple of our strategic marketing areas: advertising – including print, radio, digital and events (in-house and partnership events with external parties).

The candidate will need to have demonstrable knowledge of developing and managing marketing campaigns, and experience of working with in-house product development and design teams for website updates and digital campaigns would be greatly beneficial.

We are looking for a person that thrives in a collaborative, fluid environment, and is confident in their abilities to work autonomously.

 

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience as a marketing manager in a consumer facing business (financial
    services a plus but not required)
  • Experience with running multi-media campaigns and always-on digital and offline activity
  • Experience with events management a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM marketing and automation, preferably using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ClickDimensions
  • Management experience, either with direct reports or agencies
  • Ability to manage budgets and report on performance of key marketing metrics
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a natural team player
  • Excellent writing skills in English (native English preferred)
  • Work in our central London office
